Abstract :
In this paper, attention is made to the pulsed electroacoustic (PEA) method and the piezoelectric induced pressure wave propagation (PIPWP) method and their characteristics and space charge profiles that are obtained from both methods are compared. In addition, the electric field and electric potential distributions are calculated and discussed
