            Abstract : 
One of the disputable issues in the new generation of multimedia networks that requires to be concentrated is decreasing the signal delay and bit error rate and increasing the network efficiency and quality. This study evaluates the results of uplink 10 Gbps base-band radio over 30 km coarse wavelength division multiplexing single mode fiber in three important factors for multimedia communication system, minimum bit error rate, quality factor and signal delay (real-time system) based on the range (0.2 to 0.3 dB/km) of optical fiber attenuation.
