Abstract
This work describes how the angular coordinates measurement precision of hardly noticeable radar targets increases due to the choice of an optimum form of UWB signal. The optimization, which has been carried out on the basis of known reflecting properties of the targets, allows the choice of the necessary ratio between maximal value of UWB signal and width of antenna pattern.
