Abstract :
Multiferroic super-lattice thin films of BaFeO3/BaTaO3 were fabricated by the pulsed laser deposition method for the first time. X-ray diffraction and dielectric hysteresis measurements were carried out at room temperature. Temperature dependences of dielectric constant, magnetization and second harmonic generation intensities were also measured. Ferroelectricity and weak ferromagnetism were confirmed at room temperature.
