Abstract :
Some experiments have made on binary gaseous mixtures of SF6 /N2, SF6/CO2, SF6/CCl 2F2 and SF6/CCl4 under different test voltages, pressure and differential partial ratios, with valuable results. The binary gaseous mixture of SF6 has a much greater advantage than that of the unitary SF6 in the electrical characteristics and could be suitable for wide applications
