  • Abstract
This paper presents a testing approach for Biomedical apparatus. The test scheme includes the multistage test processes, the insurance of the performance and reliability with high confidence level. The entire chip, storage units and peripherals are tested by the proposed approach which guarantees complete testing of both logic cells and interconnect with diagnostic resolution. A human-machine interface is proposed for automatic testing, it is applied to make the use of high precise control more flexible. One of its fundamental requirements is the ability to generate the testing instructions, The designed software we present has been tested and achieved the requirements of biomedical apparatus.
