Abstract :
The wavelet analysis to the fractal ultra-wideband (UWB) processes in the geospace physics is proposed to apply. The continuous wavelet transform and the analytical wavelet transform for the investigation of magnetic Dst-index time series are used. The structure of wavelet spectrum and skeleton is obtained to be fractal. With usage of the wavelet transform module maxima (WTMM) method the multi-fractal properties of the investigated fractal UWB (FUWB) process is discovered and the corresponding fractal dimensions is estimated.
