Abstract :
We have developed a measuring system of high-field dielectric property with using FFT analysis. It is an application of digital signal processing technique to a conventional current comparator type capacitance bridge (CCB) system. In this paper, we introduce a digital signal processing (DSP) board into the mentioned dielectric measuring system. An analysis of surface property of silicone rubber sheet is possible by using this system. It can measure the high-field dielectric property when the sample changes its surface property by drying in air and by wetting with water absorption
