Abstract :
Electromagnetic field in a cavity filled with temporary dispersive homogeneous isotropic medium is excited by a train of wideband current pulses. The solution is obtained in the time domain. Several frequency dependences of permittivity and permeability are considered. Peculiarities of choosing the pulse train parameters for cavity excitation in different cases are discussed.
