Abstract :
A new method for determination of free space antenna factor on an open area test site is described. This method avoids two sources of error that are present in the ANSI C63.5-1998 procedure, and simplifies the measurement process by eliminating the receiving antenna height scan. In addition, a new method of computing the mutual coupling correction factor is presented
