Abstract :
Energy optimization model and energy balance model of iron and steel enterprise was set up aim at produce its energy consumption due to the current urgent status of energy saving of iron and steel industry in China. It analyzed the regulation of energy consumption influence by material flows under various conditions. Further, energy comprehensive optimization model of TongGang Group Company was put forward based on its production presents. The fact of optimization calculation proved the results of energy saving noticeable that the optimization production plans can save more than 100 thousand tce per year and increases economic performance nearly 50 million yuan. At the same time, it provided a new method for energy analysis and intelligence decision-making.
