Abstract
Integrated with actual project conditions, focusing on the problems of inaccuracy of calculation to HV standard impulse parameter, complexity of operation in HV standard impulse experimentation and so on at present, the HV standard impulse parameter evaluation analysis system framework based on soft-sensing technique is put forward and validated with the standard waveforms provided by International Electro Technical Commission Test Data Generator. Meanwhile, corresponding soft-sensing modules for parameter evaluation were designed. Results show that the system has a good adaptability and a high accuracy in calculating impulse parameters. The system developed under the powerful platform of LabVIEW is operated conveniently and has a friendly interface as well as perfect function.
