Abstract
Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Objective:To scale Chinese college students´ self- actualization orientation. Methods: Based on the Self- actualization theory, the test is consisted of about 20 items. Then over 30 college senior students were put into the test. Results: The reliability and validity of the test are all up to the standard. And the discriminability of each item is good. Conclusion: After being edited, the scale can be an ideal instrument to study the college students´ self-actualization orientation.
