Abstract :
The high-frequency behaviour of the CMOS cascode current mirror is analyzed. The analysis results in a simple equation, which gives in a first approximation, the dominant pole of the cascode current mirror, with a high accuracy. The theoretical results have been checked with the Spice simulation program for cascode current mirrors design based on a 2μ CMOS technology
