Abstract :
Checkerboard images are widely used in camera calibration and vision measurement. So based on Harris algorithm, according to characters of checkerboard cornerspsila gray level distribution, a corner identification algorithm was proposed, which can realize every exclusive cornerpsilas extraction; According to the imaging law of checkerboard image edges and cornerspsila distribution, an algorithm was proposed to realize automatic registration. Simulation and real test results show that the algorithm realizes checkerboard corner identification and automatic registration. It is especially adapted to the multi-image calibration and vision measurement.
