Abstract
This paper reports a new approach, for studying the power system network design with its optimum operating point for identifying the buses and branches that are crucial for stability and control of the system, upon the experimental studies that are conducted on the IEEE test bus systems. This paper is also presenting the study and analysis of the system in general and in the context of a power system which is basic for the techniques presented in this paper. And the test results of experiments that are conducted on the IEEE 14 bus system and 30 bus system are also presented for illustration.
