Abstract :
In this paper, we give the notion of sign matrix and linear general structured systems, where each entry of sign matrices is among a fixed zero, a positive constant and a negative constant. The linear general structured systems is stable if sign matrix of coefficients matrix of the linear systems is the sum of a skew-symmetric and a diagonal matrix.
