Abstract :
The proposed method of converting light signals into sound signals is part of a generalised intrasensory signal transformation attempt which is under development in the division of computer science of NTUA. The main part of Soundphotics converter theory is based on the research for finding the possibility of mapping the properties of the light signal produced from an image to harmoniously related sound signals. Applications of this theory can be proved helpful in music synthesis (especially the alleatoric genre of it) as well as in show business and video industry
