Abstract :
The digitization problem in industry production line is discussed in this paper. The paper builds a layered RFID middleware using RFID technology that may effectively solve data automatic identification, collection, transferring, storing and processing of every procedure of production line. Then some key issues, such as data error control, replication filter, data collection interface, data gateway, duplicate data elimination, and data collection interface are introduced. Finally, based on this model, we design and implement a real-time data collection and management system for pipe production line.
