Abstract :
Results are reported of experiments carried out on samples of cycloaliphatic epoxy resins with several fillers and hardeners. By submitting them to different aging periods in a weather-o-meter (WOM) and then detecting the water uptake, a quantitative relation between aging level and the sorption kinetics can be found. The electrical properties and the morphological aspects (SEM observations) are characterized as a function of the aging level.<>
