Abstract :
Comparative investigations of serial sensors AHE-03 (on the basis of SnO2) and the developed sensors on the basis of ZnO with active materials ron oxide (III) were made, including some measurements with cobalt oxide additive. It is concluded that the developed ZnO-based sensors can be applied as primary measuring elements in the signalizators and control devices for methyl-ethyl merkaptans.
