  • Abstract
    The self-routing algorithm for generalize shuffle networks is presented and the design of optical switching elements is performed. They are realized with active splitters and active combiners and are able to route messages through the network up to destination. The obtained structure presents a better performance than that of a classical self-routing Ω network
