Abstract
When sorting schemas existing ranking algorithms of fuzzy relation matrix always obey some stated optimal rules and hard to check validity of fuzzy relation. Therefore, preference relation matrix is constructed under two stages: first three scales method is applied to form fuzzy ranking consistency matrix; then according to this matrix and the fuzzy relation matrix can be obtained by complementary multi-scale mood operator; finally relative membership degree of schemas on superiority and weights of evaluating objects can be got by least square method on error, and superior ranking of schemas is obtained by employing fuzzy optimization model.
