Abstract :
This paper presents an efficient simulation method, the Hybrid Transmission Line Method (HTLM) for package power/ground planes, which is based on TLM and MoM simulation. Also the impedance characteristic of perforated package power/ground planes is efficiently calculated using the proposed HTLM.
