Abstract :
This paper describes a simplified coupled line and connector modeling technique by using separated transmission and noise models. The method for coupled lines can be applied to practical multi-aggressor coupling noise simulation without cutting the whole coupling structure into many short regular coupling transmission lines. The method for connectors provides user-specified connector coupling models based on individual transmission and unilateral coupling. The features are useful in system timing and fast noise simulation.
