Abstract :
In the present IT age, we are in need of fully automated industrial system. An embedded web based interface used for an industry application is designed in this paper. Here two parameters are being measured. One is sensed voltage of each line in the form of analog and then converts it into Digital signal and the second one is to amplification for the driven current, which is monitored and controlled through web. Firstly, hardware part of system is designed by using ATmega-328P chip. Secondly, embedded web server is designed by Java Script and HTML followed by ENC28J60, Ethernet controller chip. Thus the system not only reduces the cost, it provides high performance and also makes utilities to provide accuracy to control. It has an excellent prospect in Industry of new automation application. The main purpose is to operate and control over the heater which are operated at high value of currents in industry. The significant aspect of our Web server is the inter networking between standard network protocols. In fact, the acquisition network sends the acquired data using the RJ-45 serial protocol. These data are then collected into an embedded web server and then interface to the heater. The server (Embedded Web server) can be connected to the Internet in a wired way using the IEEE 802.3 (Ethernet). Finally, the web server uses standard TCP/IP protocols, such as HTTP to manage the web pages through which we can monitor and control the interfaced devices.
