Abstract
Considers an Aloha-type protocol with asymmetric, access rights to the channels, appropriate for multiple access in a multichannel environment and studies the results of destination conflicts. The authors describe a queueing model to evaluate system performance for a finite number of stations using discrete time Markov chains
