Abstract
The electromagnetic scattering properties of planar slotted waveguide array antennas in terahertz regime are investigated. A hybrid technique of the method of moments and physical optics solution is used to calculate the mode and structural scattering field. The simulation results indicate that the antenna´s radar cross section is closely related to the incident wave frequency, angle and polarization.
