With this point of view, the purpose of this study is (1) to define the innovative urbanization (2) to set up the three keywords - sustainability, predictability and mixing & networking - for realization the innovative urbanization (3) to present the development methodology of ubiquitous service in the city (4) to research the status and aim of urban artifact development of ubiquitous service (5) to study about theoretical and technical issues for the innovative urbanization and suggest the solution for them (6) to propose the ubiquitous services for the innovative urbanization using scenario methodology.
