Abstract :
It is not frequent to find testimonies on legal cases in which electronic government has reality by means of the development of concrete applications. The article shows one of those cases, while exposing the essential features of the theory that has allowed its referral to the secure telematic transmission of notifications between the Tribunals and the Procurators in Spain. The theory is a communicative theory of the Law. The paper exposes that case and theory to demonstrate the virtue of the latter; both are coherent with the existence of agreements, consent or acceptance of the application, carried out by the participant institutions. Concerning the circumstance whwere professionals have intervened in the construction of the application that formed in an appropriate technical and legal curriculum, they have known how to put theory into action for solving a real case
