  • Abstract
To have a large inductance by smaller inductors is a challenge. Since Q depends on L and R, as we scale down value of Q decreases which is not desired. To succeed in producing a useful micro/nano-scale inductor a different fabrication approach and a new material is needed. Also a new approach using MWCNT may solve the problem. This paper proposes a model of MWCNT which can be used for high Q factor inductors.
