Abstract :
Based on the status from Dengkou County in Inner Mongolia, forestry pictures and measurements of plants situation were obtained by air-view photography. In 2006, nearly 130 photos of Wulangbuhe desert were taken in Dengkou County, and with the aids of GPS 10 bands of air routes had been operated with three-angel measurement methods. A view map in 1 sg KM under the scale of 1:1000 came to shape after correction work of the orthographic projection was done. By measuring the distribution, circus, and height status of typical Nitraria tangtorum, a measuring research to the plants was conducted in desert. Biomass forecast model were constructed with plant scale and plant height after the data from air-view photos were analyzed. The result shows that, 1) biomass in research zone was affected by factors of plant scale and plant height, the model of Nitraria tangtorum is: W=-33.92+6.53E-4(D2H)-9.86E-10(D2H)2+7.05E-16(D2H)3. 2) plant scale(D) and plant height(H) were both used in the biomass model as the factors. In conclusion, the key factors affecting Nitraria tangtorum include plant scale(D) and plant height(H), but single factor doesn´t have significant influence on the growth of biomass (p<;0.05).
