Abstract :
The author presents an application that supports physicians to create and manipulate databases that deal with congenital heart disease (CHD) data. The core of this application is a knowledge base with knowledge about CHD and about the users. The knowledge base structure and its first evaluation are presented. The development of hypertext interfaces in a PC environment is discussed
