Abstract :
In order to ensure traffic safety and improve service levels of the road, the theories of Traffic Engineering, Testing Technology and Computer Technology are used as the guidance. Through surveying and analyzing the weather information collection device, the weather information of highway is gathered. Therefore, the information is processed with visual computer language-VB. Then the results obtained are put onto the variable message board for the driver in time, which provides a reliable basis for the safety driving.
