Abstract :
One emulsion liquid membrane system has been established, and the effect factors such as the quantity of carriers , the quantity of surfactants, the concentration of acid in internal aqueous phase, the pH in external aqueous phase, the ratio of oil and internal aqueous phase, the ratio of emulsion and external aqueous phase, the time for distill, rotational speed and time for making emulsion, the placement time of emulsion and external aqueous phase were studied and the conditions were optimized. The results showed that, as p-phenylenediamine concentration was from 54.1 mgldrL-1 to 541 mgldrL-1, the optimized conditions for p-phenylenediamine removal were as follows: the ratio of volume of D2EHPA and Span-80 and kerosene was 6:6:88 , internal phase was 1.0 molldrL-1 HCl aqueous, the pH of external aqueous phase was 5.0, Roi(1:1), Rew(1:5), the time for distill was 10 min, rotational speed was 3000 rldrmin-1 , time for making emulsion was 15 min, the placement time of emulsion and external aqueous phase was from 1 hour to 11 hours, the extraction rate of p-phenylenediamine was over 90%.
