Abstract
This paper examines theoretical foundations for interpreting Intentional Electromagnetic Interference (IEMI) effects on hybrid control systems, power electronics, etc. using some elements of ergodic principles and the Wiener-Khintchine theorem. We propose that the response of some systems under IEMI may be better explained in terms of chaos and stochastic processes.
