Abstract :
In this paper, the problem of robust stability and robust H∞ state observer controller design is researched for a kind of time-delay linear Continuous systems with uncertainties. By constructing a suitable Lyapunov function, asymptotically stable conditions of systems and a design scheme of the state feedback controllers based on linear matrix inequality approach are proposed without directly measuring the system status. And controllers which meet corresponding design demands is obtained by solving the corresponding linear matrix inequities. Simulation results show that this approach is able to make the system asymptotically stable for allowable uncertainties and time-delay, as well as satisfy a certain H∞ property index, and it has the good ability of restraining disturbances.
