Abstract
We propose a new concept of THz radiation detector composed of a micro-scale THz antenna coupled to a silicon-based quantum dot. The antenna concentrates the incident THz radiation towards the quantum dot, allowing us to measure the current shift induced on the quantum dot Coulomb Oscillations.
