Abstract :
An improved algorithm of pulse wave threshold denoising based on Lifting Wavelet Transform is proposed in this paper. We proposed a novel threshold function which shrinks linearly to zero in the threshold domain which overcomes the shortcomings of traditional threshold function. Combined with an optimal threshold determination criterion which used the local neighbor region information, it gives promising denoising results on simulative pulse wave signals. The algorithm is especially of advantages in the applications of embedded pulse wave measurement system with rapid integer operation.
