Abstract :
Establishing a reasonable profit distribution scheme is important for the success of VE. In view of the virtual enterprise´ characteristics, such as the distribution and diversity of members, the idea of Distributed Decision-making (DDM) is applied to the profit distribution of virtual enterprise. According to the different circumstances of relationship between members and information state of virtual enterprise, describes how to use Distributed Decision-making to solve the profit distribution of virtual enterprise, and develops an organizational-DDM profit distribution model for those virtual enterprise which are in relation to team or enforced-team in the case of asymmetric information, discusses the solution of the model. Analysis shows that the idea of distributed decision-making can be effectively solved the problem of virtual enterprise profit distribution.
