Abstract :
In this paper it is analyzed the reliability indicators for the switching equipment (circuit breakers and disconectors) used in the medium voltage distribution network of SC Electrica Transilvania Sud FDEE, during a five year period. We take into account the interval 2002-2007 and the information data base using the mathematical methods for the reliability and indicators of the electrical equipment. For the verification specialized software solutions have been used.
