Abstract :
We have carried out a theoretical and computation study of optical response of a gapped single layer graphene p-n junction in terahertz regime. It is shown that negative connectivity of single layer graphene with a gap can be important to application of graphene in coherent terahertz radiation sources and optoelectronics devices.
