Abstract
A multiuser, shared-access, centralized-knowledge-base inference engine which runs in a concurrent-access multiprogramming environment is presented. The system requires no specialized artificial intelligence (AI) hardware or software, is application independent and allows any number of related or unrelated application knowledge bases to be stored in a single, common knowledge structure
