Abstract
A terahertz-wave oscillator using intrinsic Josephson junctions was fabricated and the radiation frequency was measured. The frequency was 0.461 THz at 35 K in bias conditions for the maximum power and varied by more than 6% by choosing an appropriate bias current and voltage.
