Abstract :
The present talk outlines importance of Collective Intelligence (CI) and Knowledge Management (KM) in present knowledge based business environment. The relevant new concepts, technological aids and events that are a part or contributing in framing a new corporate governance model based on CI and KM have also been discussed. Few example of these are; amplified intelligence technology, acquired information, information society, collective reflection, collective decision-making, extended organization etc. The inferences are equally applicable to other organizations functioning in knowledge domain.
