Abstract :
In intelligent transportation systems (ITS), it is difficult to realize maximum utility of the guidance system, because the traffic flow guidance system and the parking guidance system are not integrated. This paper puts forward a method on traffic flow´s guidance based on parking lot choice. It mainly studies how to evaluate parking lots. At first, based on driver´s personal preference, AHP is used to determine the weights of each factor which impact parking lots. Then multi-level fuzzy evaluation method is applied to evaluate the parking lots. According to the consequence, optimal route is finally determined. The result using this means is fully consistent with the driver´s subjective judgment, and can be applied to single vehicle guidance system to provide guidance for drivers who are unacquainted with roads and parking lots.
