Abstract :
A unique mode of cultivating innovation ability in outstanding undergraduates is explored and practiced by targeting a tutorial system of 4-year careful molding at some freshmen. This paper gives an introduction of this system from the angle of talent shaping, individualized training, studying abroad as undergraduates and cooperative instruction from both domestic and overseas tutors in thesis completion. It will prove to be a successful mode of producing outstanding innovation talents characteristic of our university.
