Abstract :
Firstly, this paper reviews the achievements of the freeway market-oriented development model. Secondly, it sorts out the domestic and international theoretical studies on product attributes of freeway and policy options systematically. The risks of the freeway market development model are focused on. Which include economic risk, financial risk, operational risk, risk management and environmental risks. Finally, the measures to deal with risks are presented.
