Abstract :
A new scheme of multi-criterion for earth fault diagnosis in power networks with a floating neutral based on a fuzzy principle is proposed in this paper. The fuzzy model is set up for the individual corresponding criterion; then the membership function can be calculated. An adaptive and dynamic multicriterion can be synthesized according to the configuration of network and the real-time data of earth faults. The final result of line selecting will be obtained through fuzzy synthetic decision. The multi-criterion proposed in this paper has been validated by MATLAB; the simulation results indicate that this scheme can overcome the disadvantages of each individual criterion efficiently, which can select the fault line accurately independent of the configuration and operating mode of the power distribution.
