Abstract :
A main IEEE tenant is the world wide dissemination of state-of-the art technical information through technical publications and conferences. A main challenge associated with this tenant is the cultural differences that exist around the world. This talk will provide a guide to communicating state-of-the-art results through IEEE MTT-S publications. Some of the information that will be covered are: 1) Why and where to publish with MTT-S, 2) Outlines the MTT-S review / publishing process, 3) provides a summary of the recommended IEEE format, and 4) details are provided in regards to some of the key technical and non-technical items for which papers are either accepted or rejected.
